A motorbiking tour to Everest base Camp offers one of the most adventurous ways to experience the journey of the foot of Mount Everest. Not only will you reach the Everest Base Camp in Tibet side, but you also get to explore Tibet and its unbelievable beauty. Known as the Roof of the World, Tibet is one of the most remote regions in the world. Riding to the EBC is a life-changing journey that will let you observe two different Himalayan nations. Even though both are known as the Himalayan nations, the cultural and lifestyle differences between them will blow your mind away.

Organized by Dream Nepal Excursion's Team, an experienced Tibetan Guide, a professional Mechanic, and a riding guide from Nepal with backup vehicles for the riders, this tour will take you to the highest level of the earth, which is called Tibet. Our experienced team handles the whole paperwork, visas as well as Tibet entry permits to succeed in this tour. In this tour, starting from Kathmandu via the Kyirong border, also called the Rasuwagadhi border, you will be able to see the very best of the program to cover all the places during the trip, and have comfortable and suitable motorbikes. The rider can have a day's test riding inside Kathmandu Valley a day before the departure to the Tibet Border. Preparation for this tour starts in Kathmandu by discussing tour planning with the team and mechanics and collecting necessary documents (passports and Photos) for visa preparation.

Once we collect the Tibet Group visa this tour begins from Kathmandu, and on the first day of the tour, it reaches the Nepal and Tibet border via crossing the Shivapuri National Park, Nuwakot district, Langtang National Park, and Rasuwagadhi. On the first day of your tour, you will have beautiful views of the national park area, flat land of Nuwakot district, and beautiful river while riding, also with a view of the Trishuli River on the way. On the second day of the tour, we will start with the formalities of immigration on the Nepal side; once our team completes this formality, we move to the border of Nepal and Tibet, where you will see our Tibetan local guide with the necessary documents for Tibet side and also our Nepali representative will assist your all to cross the bridge. Once completion of the border formalities in Chinese immigration, your guide will escort you to reach the first Tibetan town Kyirong, which comes after crossing the border. Kyirong town is located at a height of 2774 meters altitudes, where you will stay a night before starting the further trip to Everest Base Camp. After a night of acclimatization in Kyirong Town, move towards Tingri through the very vast Tibetan land with an impressive Himalayas view and pass through the high passes about 5,000 meters. This ride takes you to the near of Mount Everest, in Tingri. The next day, we visit Everest Base Camp on a motorbike tour through Rongbuk monastery and return to Tingri again overnight; we return the same way to Kyirong and on to Kathmandu via the Kyirong border. This tour can be changed or customized according to your interests.

The view of Mount Everest’s majestic north face from the Rongbuk monastery is a view that will stay in your mind forever. This motor biking tour is a transformative journey through Nepal’s beautiful landscape to another mystical region of this beautiful world, Tibet. Drenched in the beauty of the Tibetan Himalayas could be the best storytelling moments of your life.

We offer both small and big group programs, however, groups of less than 5 people can increase the total cost in Tibet, so we suggest having a team of around 5 and more than 5. The best season for this tour is from April to June and September to October. The month of March is considered to be the closed month of the year for foreign visitors, although this could always change as rules and regulations for Tibet do so very frequently. Recently, with the new ruling in Tibet, we require a minimum group of 4 to issue a Tibetan permit and visa from the Chinese embassy.

You will be guided by experienced guides who have extensive knowledge of bike mechanics. Everest Base Camp Motorbike Tour can be customized as per your needs as well. We are open to tailor-made itineraries, or you can also join our departure dates. Get in touch with us if you have any queries.
